“The President likes to use the phrase ‘built to last.’ When you look at his budget, it will make America built for last … If the President is serious about putting America in first place, he should take another look at this budget.”

“Good morning. The President likes to use the phrase ‘built to last.’ When you look at his budget, it will make America built for last.

“It does nothing to go after our deficit; it continues to raise it even higher.

“It does nothing to stop entitlements from going bankrupt; it just adds more to the unfunded.

“It does nothing for an energy policy where you see gasoline prices continue to rise above $4.

“And it does nothing to help small business; it only continues to harm them.

“This is time for real leadership. On the floor you will find many bills that are sitting in the Senate that have job creation. If the President is serious about putting America in first place, he should take another look at this budget.”
