The GOP Leadership has announced the following schedule for Wednesday, September 5: The House will meet at 12:00 p.m. for legislative business.  The House is expected to consider H.R. 1635 – Empowering Students Through Enhanced Financial Counseling Act (Rep. Guthrie – Education and the Workforce) (Subject to a Rule).  The House is expected to begin consideration of H.R. 4606Ensuring Small Scale LNG Certainty and Access Act (Rep. Johnson (OH) – Energy and Commerce) (Subject to a Rule).  The House is also expected to consider bills listed for consideration under suspension of the Rules.
