The House has begun debate on H.R. 375 – To amend the Act of June 18, 1934, to reaffirm the authority of the Secretary of the Interior to take land into trust for Indian Tribes, and for other purposes – under suspension of the Rules.

After suspension debate, the House will begin one hour of debate on H.R. 312 – Mashpee Wampanoag Tribe Reservation Reaffirmation Act. Following debate on H.R. 312, the House will take votes.  These will be the last votes of the day. 

Next/Last votes predicted: at approximately 3:00 – 3:30 p.m., on motion to recommit and passage of H.R. 312 and suspensions.
