Today, the House meets at 9:00 a.m. for legislative business.  There will be up to five “One Minutes” per side.
Following “One Minutes,” the House will begin one hour of debate on the Rule providing for consideration of H.J.Res 28 – Further Additional Continuing Appropriations Act, 2019.  After debate on the Rule, the House will take votes.

Following votes, the House will begin one hour of debate on H.J.Res 28.

After debate on H.J.Res. 28, the House will debate H.J.Res. 30 – Disapproving the President's proposal to take an action relating to the application of certain sanctions with respect to the Russian Federation – under suspension of the Rules.

Following debate on H.J.Res. 30, the House will debate the Senate Amendments to H.R. 251 – Chemical Facility Anti-Terrorism Standard Program Extension Act – under suspension of the Rules.

After suspension debate, the House will take votes.  These will be the last votes for the week.

Next votes predicted: at approximately 10:00 – 10:15 a.m., the Rule for H.J.Res 28 and H.R. 150 - under suspension of the Rules.
