FLOOR SCHEDULE UPDATE

The House has begun debate on H.R. 3299 – PRIDE Act of 2019 – under suspension of the Rules. 

Following suspension debate, the House will begin one hour of general debate on H.R. 397 – Rehabilitation for Multiemployer Pensions Act.  After general debate, the House will debate the one amendment to H.R. 397.

After debate on the amendment to H.R. 397, the House will begin one hour of general debate on H.R. 3239 – Humanitarian Standards for Individuals in Customs and Border Protection Custody Act.  Following general debate, the House will debate the two amendments to H.R. 3239. 

After debate on the amendments to H.R. 3239, the House will take votes.  These will be the last votes of the day.

Following last votes, the House will debate the remaining bills listed for consideration under suspension of the Rules.  Any recorded votes requested will be postponed.

Next/Last votes predicted: at approximately 7:00 – 7:30 p.m., on amendments, motion to recommit, and final passage of H.R. 3239; amendment, motion to recommit, and final passage of H.R. 397.
