The House has begun one hour of debate on the Rule providing for consideration of H.R. 1941 – Coastal and Marine Economies Protection Act, H.R. 205 – Protecting and Securing Florida’s Coastline Act of 2019, and H.R. 1146 – Arctic Cultural and Coastal Plain Protection Act. 

After debate on the Rule, the House will debate the five bills listed for consideration under suspension of the Rules.

Following suspension debate, the House will take votes.  These will be the last votes of the day.

Next/Last votes predicted: at approximately 2:30 – 2:45 p.m., on the Rule for H.R. 1941, H.R. 205, and H.R. 1146; and suspensions.
