Floor Update: Oct 16, 2019 - 9:31 am
Today, the House meets at 12:00 p.m. for legislative business.  There will be up to fifteen “One Minutes” per side.

Following “One Minutes,” the House will debate the Rule providing for consideration of H.R. 1815 – SEC Disclosure Effectiveness Testing Act and H.R. 3624 – Outsourcing Accountability Act of 2019.

After debate on the Rule, the House will debate H.J.Res. 77 – Opposing the decision to end certain United States efforts to prevent Turkish military operations against Syrian Kurdish forces in Northeast Syria – under suspension of the Rules. 

Following debate on H.J.Res. 77, the House will take votes.  These will be the last votes of the day.

After last votes, the House will continue debate on the remaining fifteen bills listed for consideration under suspension of the Rules.  Any recorded votes requested will be postponed. 

Next/Last votes predicted: at approximately 1:45 – 2:15 p.m., on the Rule for H.R. 1815 and H.R. 3624 and H.J.Res. 77 – under suspension of the Rules.
