The House has reconvened and begun debate on the bills listed for consideration under suspension of the Rules.  

Following suspension debate, the House will take votes.  These will be the last votes of the day.

Members are advised that the House is expected to consider S. 1838 – Hong Kong Human Rights and Democracy Act of 2019 and S. 2710 – To prohibit the commercial export of covered munitions items to the Hong Kong Police Force – under suspension of the Rules today.
