On Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday the House will meet at 9:00 a.m. for legislative business. Members are advised that first votes of the week on Tuesday are expected between 9:00 – 10:00 a.m.

We will consider several bills under Suspension of the Rules.  The complete list of suspension bills will be announced by the close of business tomorrow.

As Members know, the current Continuing Resolution expires on December 20th.  Next week, the House will consider an appropriations measure to fund the government past December 20th.

This week, negotiators were able to reach an agreement on a new trade agreement with Canada and Mexico.  It is possible that the USMCA Trade Agreement could be brought to the Floor next week if the President has submitted implementing legislation to the Congress.

Today, the House Judiciary Committee is continuing its mark up of two articles of impeachment.  Following Committee action on these articles, the Judiciary Committee will make a recommendation to the full House of Representatives.  A path forward on the Floor will be announced following the Committee’s mark up.

Lastly, additional legislative items are possible."
