as announced by Majority Leader Steny H. Hoyer
"On Monday, the House will meet at 12:00 p.m. for Morning Hour debate and 2:00 p.m. for legislative business, with votes postponed until 6:30 p.m.

On Tuesday and Wednesday, the House will meet at 10:00 a.m. for Morning Hour debate and 12:00 p.m. for legislative business.

On Thursday, the House will meet at 9:00 a.m. for legislative business.  Last votes of the week are expected no later than 3:00 p.m.

We will consider several bills under Suspension of the Rules. The complete list of suspension bills will be announced by the close of business today.

The House will consider H.R. 1230, Protect Older Workers Against Discrimination Act.  This bill ensures that victims of age discrimination in the workplace can enforce their rights, so that older Americans are able to strengthen our economy by continuing to contribute their talents to the workforce.

In addition, the House will consider H.J.Res. 76, a Congressional Review Act resolution of disapproval on the Department of Education’s Borrower Defense to Repayment Rule that leaves student loan borrowers who were defrauded by their educational institutions with little or no recourse.

Additionally, it is possible that the House will consider a resolution to appoint managers and transmit articles of impeachment to the Senate.

Lastly, additional legislative items are possible."
