Kim Amendment – Increases funding for the Small Business Administration Entrepreneurial Development Programs account by $1 million to be directed towards Small Business Development Centers and Veterans Business Outreach Centers. Decreases the Small Business Administration Salaries and Expenses account by $1 million – 2 minutes
  8. Malinowski Amendment – Increases the minimum amount to be directed toward IRS Tax Counseling for the Elderly Program within the Internal Revenue Service Taxpayer Services account by $1 million – 2 minutes
