At approximately 10:20 – 10:25 a.m., the House will take the following votes on H.R. 3110 – PUMP for Nursing Mothers Act:
  1. (IF REQUESTED) Strickland Amendment – Directs the Comptroller General to conduct a study on what is known about the racial disparities that exist with respect to access to pumping breastmilk in the workplace and submit to Congress a report on the results of such study containing such recommendations as the Comptroller General determines appropriate to address those disparities – 15 minutes
  2. Republican Motion to Recommit on H.R. 3110 VOTE NO15 minutes
  3. Final Passage of H.R. 3110 – PUMP for Nursing Mothers Act (Rep. Carolyn Maloney – Education and Labor) VOTE YES15 minutes
