  2. H.Res. 409 – Rule Providing for Consideration of H.R. 3233 – National Commission to Investigate the January 6 Attack on the United States Capitol Complex Act and H.R. 3237 – Emergency Security Supplemental to Respond to January 6th Appropriations Act, 2021 – VOTE YES – 30 minutes
After these votes, the House will begin one hour of debate on H.R. 3233.

Following debate on H.R. 3233, the House will take votes, by groups.  These are the last votes of the day.

Next/Last votes predicted: at approximately 5:00 – 5:30 p.m., on possible motion to table a Republican Privileged Resolution, and motion to recommit and passage of H.R. 3233.
