The House is now taking the following votes on H.R. 1187 – ESG Disclosure Simplification Act of 2021:
  1. Schrier Amendment – Requires the Commission, in conjunction with the Office of the Advocate for Small Business Capital Formation and the Office of the Investor Advocate, to conduct a study and issue a report on the issues small businesses face in reporting ESG disclosures with the report including recommendations for the Commission to consider, and should be completed within 1 year of the enactment of the bill 20 minutes

    Following this vote, the House will take the following votes on H.R. 1187:
  2. Republican Motion to Recommit on H.R. 1187 – VOTE NO – 20 minutes
  3. Final Passage of H.R. 118– ESG Disclosure Simplification Act of 2021 (Rep. Vargas – Financial Services) – VOTE YES – 20 minutes
After these votes, the House will begin one hour of debate on S. 475 – Juneteenth National Independence Day Act.

Following debate on S. 475, the House will take votes.  These are the last votes of the day.

Next/Last votes predicted: at approximately 6:00 – 6:30 p.m., on motion to commit and passage of S. 475.
