At approximately 2:30 p.m., the House will take the following votes:
  1. Lesko Amendment Allows the transfer of firearms without a background check to individuals who participate in the TSA Pre-Check program of the Department of Homeland Security 15 minutes
  2. Horn Amendment – Clarifies that the “grave bodily harm” exemption from the background check requirement includes the harm of domestic violence, dating partner violence, sexual assault, stalking, and domestic abuse – 2 minutes
  3. (IF REQUESTED) Van Drew Amendment – Clarifies that the exemption for gifts and loans of firearms between parents and children applies to step-parents and step-children – 2 minutes
