At approximately 5:15 – 5:20 p.m., the House will take the following votes:
  1. Brown Amendment – Ensures that nothing in the bill will be construed to affect the approval of waivers under section 1332 of the Affordable Care Act that establish reinsurance programs that lower health insurance premiums, and protect health insurance coverage for people with preexisting conditions – 15 minutes
  2. Holding Amendment #7  – Changes the title of the bill to, "Insert Politically Punchy Title That Doesn't Reflect the Bill Substance Act" – 2 minutes
  3. Malinowski Amendment – Prohibits the Secretaries of HHS and Treasury from taking any action that would reduce the affordability of comprehensive coverage for individuals with pre-existing conditions – 2 minutes
  4. (IF REQUESTED) Wild Amendment – Prohibits any action that would raise health insurance premiums for comprehensive coverage – 2 minutes

  5. Republican Motion to Recommit on H.R. 986 – VOTE NO – 5 minutes
