TOMORROW’S OUTLOOK

On Friday, the House will convene at 12:00 p.m. for legislative business and recess immediately.  The House will reconvene at 1:00 p.m. for the Joint Session of Congress to count electoral ballots for the President and Vice-President of the United States.
