H.R. 3460 – To suspend until January 21, 2017, the authority of the President to waive, suspend, reduce, provide relief from, or otherwise limit the application of sanctions pursuant to an agreement related to the nuclear program of Iran (Rep. Roskam – Foreign Affairs/Ways and Means)

The Rule, which was adopted today, provides for two hours of debate with 30 minutes controlled by the Chair of the Committee on Foreign Affairs or his designee, 30 minutes controlled by the Chair of the Committee on Ways and Means or his designee, and one hour controlled by the Minority Leader or her designee.
