Congresswoman Nita Lowey (D-NY17) seeks an experienced, organized Scheduler/Executive Assistant for her Washington, DC office. Responsibilities include managing Member’s DC schedule including organizing and vetting meeting requests and invitations, making travel arrangements, compiling briefing materials, managing correspondence, and coordinating Appropriations committee scheduling priorities in conjunction with the Deputy Chief of Staff. Additional responsibilities include some driving and staffing the Member and other administrative tasks as assigned. Ideal candidates are detail oriented, organized, have strong written and oral communications skills, are able to multi-task and problem solve in a fast-paced office.
