Congresswoman Madeleine Dean is seeking a Staff Assistant to assist in office functions and administrative duties. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: processing flag and tour requests, overseeing interns, answering and screening telephone calls, managing front office and greeting visitors, driving Congresswoman when necessary, processing physical mail, maintaining and ordering office equipment, assisting Director of Operations, performing special projects assigned by District or DC staff, and other general administrative duties.
Successful candidates should have experience in customer services, administrative tasks, strong writing and organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast paced/team setting.
