Staff assistant responsibilities include managing the front office, greeting guests, overseeing tours and flag requests, managing office inventory, and working closely with the intern program. Press assistant tasks include sending daily clips, creating social media content, and drafting a bi-monthly newsletter. Candidates must have strong writing skills, an interest in digital media, be highly organized, energetic, have a great sense of humor, and be capable of thriving in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment. Hill experience and Washington state ties are a plus.
