DEPUTY DIRECTOR OF SCHEDULING -

Senior Democratic Senator seeks a Deputy Director of Scheduling to join executive team in Washington, DC office. Candidates must be meticulous, proactive, demonstrate excellent communications skills, and have the ability to prioritize and follow-through on multiple tasks in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, working closely with the Director of Scheduling to maintain the Senator’s daily and long-term schedules, coordinating travel arrangements, organizing, vetting, and responding to incoming meeting requests and invitations, maintaining all scheduling files, and other tasks as needed. The ideal candidate will exercise discretion and confidentiality, possess a strong work ethic, and be available to work long hours when necessary. Scheduling experience preferred.
