Representative Josh Harder’s office seeks a Healthcare Legislative Fellow to assist with the member’s work on the Appropriations Committee. The Fellow must have demonstrated experience in healthcare policy to be considered. This is not an entry level position.
Responsibilities include working with the Legislative Team to develop and implement legislative proposals. Specific tasks include monitoring legislative developments, introducing legislation, and interacting and communicating with stakeholder groups. The ideal candidate has a healthcare policy background, is collaborative, detail-oriented, able to multi-task, and willing to work in a fast-paced setting.
Applicants should be able to start immediately and commit through July. The position can be based in D.C. or remotely. This is an unpaid opportunity.
