Legislative Correspondent

Senator Casey seeks a Legislative Correspondent to handle constituent correspondence and policy support for issues including tax, trade, and financial services policy, among others.  This individual will be responsible for drafting all constituent correspondence in their assigned issue areas and providing research, administrative, and legislative support as needed. The ideal candidate must have superb oral and written communication skills with a demonstrated ability to translate complex policy issues into easily understandable language. Successful applicants will be extremely organized and able to effectively manage multiple projects under tight deadlines. Relevant policy experience and background in pertinent policy areas preferred. Pennsylvania ties a plus.
