Progressive Georgia Democrat seeks a staff assistant to assume the responsibilities of greeting visitors and supporting member requests. Daily tasks include answering telephones, conducting and organizing tours, processing flag requests, supporting office operations, and performing other tasks as required. Applicants should be highly-motivated, detail-oriented professionals with strong organizational and time-management skills, as well as positive attitudes, and pride in work. Spanish or Korean fluency and experience with Indigov is desired.
Candidates must be available to assist Member and staff outside of regular business hours, have the ability to prioritize and follow through on time sensitive requests and manage a busy and complicated schedule, including state and national travel.
