Rep. Donald Norcross (NJ-01) seeks an experienced and highly organized scheduler. The scheduler works directly with the Member, Chief of Staff and Deputy Chief of Staff to manage the Member’s daily and long-term schedule in D.C. and in the district. Responsibilities include organizing and evaluating incoming invitations and scheduling requests; addressing all incoming requests promptly and regularly communicating with constituents and organizations; working with legislative and communications staff to ensure the Member is prepared for events and meetings; and coordinating travel arrangements. The scheduler is also responsible for various administrative responsibilities in the DC office. Candidates must be proactive, adaptable, have strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
This is not an entry-level position. Previous scheduling, administrative, or office management experience is required. Salary is commensurate with experience.
