Administrative Aide, Scheduler

Rep. Suzan DelBene seeks a highly-organized and energetic scheduler to help run her fast-paced DC office. Primary responsibilities include maintaining the Member’s schedule, organizing and responding to all meeting requests, booking travel for the Member and coordinating with the staff to ensure the Member’s schedule runs smoothly.

This is not an entry-level position. Ideal candidates will have experience working in operational roles. This position is part of the senior staff team and is critical to the office’s operations. Washington state ties are encouraged and access to a car is a plus.
