Bay Area House Democrat is seeking a law clerk with interests in technology, cybersecurity, pro-democracy reforms, gun violence prevention, and judiciary policy. The ideal candidate will be a current 2L or 3L student, or a recent law school graduate with strong academic credentials and an interest in learning more about federal public policy.
Law Clerks assist senior staff with research, hearing/markup preparation, memo drafting, and other substantive tasks as assigned. Excellent oral and written skills are required. Applications will be accepted, and the position will be filled, on a rolling basis.
