Legislative Correspondent

Rep. Dina Titus seeks an organized and detail-oriented Legislative Correspondent to manage a high-volume constituent correspondence program in her Washington, DC office.  Responsibilities include overseeing all aspects of the mail program, including maintaining and analyzing the constituent database and drafting responses to constituent requests in a timely manner. This individual will also handle a diverse legislative portfolio consisting of policy related to animal welfare, agriculture & nutrition, small business, government operations, and Native American issues.

Candidates should have excellent written and oral communication skills and be able to multitask in a fast-paced work environment to meet tight deadlines. Experience with the Internet Quorum (IQ) constituent mail system is preferred.
