Senior Democratic Senator seeks an Executive Assistant to serve in Washington, DC office. Candidates should possess a meticulous attention to detail, demonstrate excellent communications skills, and have the ability to prioritize and follow-through on multiple tasks in a high pressure/fast paced environment.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: managing the Senator’s calls, correspondence, and records, organizing incoming scheduling requests, ensuring the Senator has necessary briefing materials, and supporting and working collaboratively with Schedulers to facilitate efficient executive operations. The ideal candidate will exercise discretion and confidentiality, have a strong work ethic, and be available to work flexible hours when necessary.
