Congresswoman Annie Kuster seeks a positive, highly-organized and motivated Scheduler for the Washington, D.C. Office.
Scheduler will be responsible for managing the Member’s Washington and District calendars, organizing and evaluating all meeting requests, coordinating the Member’s travel arrangements and maintaining the short-term and long-term schedules. Qualified candidates will have strong written and oral communication skills, a positive attitude and an ability to respond quickly and effectively to changes in the Member’s schedule.
This is not an entry-level position; at least one year of Capitol Hill experience is required, and New England ties are a plus.
