- Running the day-to-day operations of the front office, including answering phones, greeting visitors, sorting mail, processing tour and flag requests, ordering supplies, entering data into Fireside, and other general administrative support
- Managing the office intern program, including interviewing, training, and supervising interns
- Serving as office systems administrator which acts as a liaison to technical support and service contractors to resolve office IT issues
- Supporting the scheduler and legislative staff on special projects as needed
Central Coast or California ties, prior congressional internship experience, and Spanish-language skills are a huge plus.
