Legislative Correspondent

Congressman Andy Levin seeks a Legislative Correspondent to serve in the Washington, D.C. office.

 

Responsibilities will include managing an very active constituent correspondence program, drafting and distributing a constituent newsletter and other proactive outreach, assisting legislative staff with writing and research projects, and other duties as assigned. The ideal candidate will be a team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to bold, progressive policy change. Impeccable attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently under deadlines are essential. Previous Hill experience, including familiarity with the IQ constituent response management system, is strongly preferred. Women, people of color, LGBTQ persons, and members of other marginalized communities are strongly encouraged to apply.
