Congresswoman Debbie Dingell seeks a proactive, hard-working, and tech-savvy individual to serve as manager/press assistant. Ideal candidates will have experience running a comprehensive media program and producing videos. Candidates should be organized, creative, motivated and must have the ability to generate original content in the Congresswoman's voice. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: managing social media accounts and website, including conceptualizing and creating videos and graphics; compiling daily press clips; tracking press and social media analytics; creating e-newsletters and franked mailings; primary photographer and videographer in Washington office; and assisting the Communications Director. Michigan ties are strongly preferred. Women and minority candidates are strongly encouraged to apply. Experience with Adobe Creative Suite a huge plus.
