Section 21001 allocates $707 million in taxpayer dollars for the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) to spend over the next five years to harass job creators and carry out President Biden’s authoritarian vaccine mandate on businesses with 100 or more employees.     To add insult to injury, Section 21004 outrageously increases OSHA penalties by 512 percent on businesses that fail to comply with the Biden Administration’s illegal private-sector vaccine mandate.     The Biden Administration’s vaccine mandate is yet another tyrannical attempt by Democrats to expand their control over Americans’ daily lives by meddling with their livelihoods. Coupled with the budget windfall for OSHA bureaucrats and extreme and unprecedented OSHA fines, government inspectors will be emboldened to harass small businesses into bankruptcy.   BOTTOM LINE: Democrats voted to give OSHA more than $700 million and raise penalties by over 500 percent to harass businesses and employees who refuse to comply with the Biden Administration’s authoritarian vaccine mandate. President Biden and Speaker Pelosi’s extreme tax-and-spending spree is an unnecessary power grab by Washington elites who think they know best.
